These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wondavia website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Verocid LLC, doing business as (DBA) Wondavia (“Wondavia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Wondavia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. What Wondavia Is

Wondavia is an AI-powered travel planning platform designed primarily for airline employees who travel on standby, as well as spontaneous travelers planning or booking last-minute trips.

Our platform helps travelers discover destinations, neighborhoods, accommodations, transportation options, dining, attractions, and personalized travel experiences while intelligently organizing them into a cohesive itinerary based on each traveler’s preferences, schedule, and budget.

Wondavia provides travel inspiration and planning assistance only.

Wondavia is not:

  • a travel agency;
  • an airline;
  • a tour operator;
  • a hotel operator;
  • an insurance provider;
  • a transportation provider; or
  • a booking agent.

All reservations and purchases are completed directly with third-party providers, who are solely responsible for their products and services.
